(d) Introduce into the Legislature. an Ordinance repealing the present Cathedral Ordinance No2. of 1847 7 3 of 1850 and transfer- ring the Cathedral Church & all land and here ditaments thereto belonging. to the New Church body in truct for the purpose of the Church.

N. B. Pending the passing of the

new Ordinance and repair and transfer of the Cathedral the Government will recommend to the secretary of State the payment of these grants from the 1st of July last to the existing
